I knew when I saw the individual riders dropping right next to each other with no dividers that it was fake. There's no way wind and other forces wouldn't cause collisions with them extending that far down like that. Then when I saw the blurring at the base of the tower not quite matching the background everything else popped out at me too. It stayed at freefall way too long, and then when the core extended up the same thickness as the base tube and identical to it I was like, "I gotta go see if that CGI debunking guy has done one on this."

I thought this video was going to mention that you can't just take a green screen image and an alpha matte and multiply them together. Disappointed. If you have a pixel that's half foreground and half green screen, so the alpha channel is 50%, and then you multiply the color channels by the alpha channel, what you get is a pixel that's a quarter foreground, a quarter GREEN, and half black. No good. It needs to be done more intelligently than that so that you actually remove the green and end up with half foreground and half black.

24fps should never be acceptable. 60fps at a minimum should be the lowest acceptable with 120fps be the standard.
